No dose adjustment required with acid reducer or with tenofovir.*

*LEXIVA without ritonavir may be less effective due to decreased amprenavir plasma concentration in patients taking H2 antagonists concomitantly. No dose adjustment required with PPIs when administered at the same time as LEXIVA.
